Talk360 is seeking a hands-on Routing Engineer to own call quality end-to-end and manage zones, codes, and call origins across all routing.
You will update routing several times a day, collaborate with product and suppliers, and push toward semi-automated routing and pricing to scale performance.
You will join a global team, work with a lean structure, and help ensure high-quality calls for international users while supporting growth beyond the core app.
