T-APPS is an Amsterdam-based AI agency. We build AI systems for companies. Now we want someone to build ours: the engine that finds, warms up and wins our next clients. What you'll own
Lead engine: build and enrich target lists for our markets Keep-warm system: automate our follow-up so no good relationship goes cold. Outreach that doesn't feel automated: personalised sequences, tested and measured. Prospect demos: when a lead looks promising, you build them a quick working demo. Productise: what works for us becomes a product for our clients. Who you are
AI is your best friend You're a student. What you study doesn't matter. You've built something on your own initiative, and you can show it. You're comfortable with Python or TypeScript and LLM APIs. You care about why people buy, not just how systems work. Available 2 fixed days a week (16 hours) for 12 months. Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus. What we offer
€22.50 per hour gross plus 8% holiday allowance, well above the usual student rate. Your own AI tool budget. Real ownership: your systems run every day and your numbers are visible. Flexibility around exam weeks. A conversation about a full-time role when you graduate.
