This full-time hybrid Retail Salesperson role is based in the Amsterdam Area, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. The Retail Salesperson will engage customers in-store, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with Sutherland Healthcare Solutions’ offerings and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating products, answering questions, and supporting customers through the purchase process to ensure a positive experience. The role also involves maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting promotional activities. The Retail Salesperson will collaborate with team members, use sales and customer data to improve performance, and uphold company policies and quality standards. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet targets and drive revenue. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to provide clear, supportive, and respectful interactions with customers and colleagues. Candidates should possess thorough Product Knowledge to accurately present features, benefits, and usage in a healthcare-related retail environment. Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including comfort with point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and online communication platforms. Proven experience in retail, healthcare-related sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and collaborate with a diverse team. Secondary education diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in sales, healthcare, or business is an advantage.
