Fixed Wing UAV Operator
to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on advanced UAV platforms, supporting real-world operations and flight testing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The Role: As a UAV Operator, you’ll play a key role in the safe operation and testing of fixed-wing platforms, working closely with engineering and flight test teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating fixed-wing UAVs in test and operational environments
Supporting flight test campaigns and mission execution
Pre-flight planning, checks, and post-flight analysis
Working closely with engineers to provide feedback and improve performance
Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Supporting deployments and travel to test sites as required
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience operating
fixed-wing UAVs
Strong understanding of flight operations, airspace, and safety procedures
Experience supporting flight testing or mission-based operations
Ability to work in dynamic, field-based environments
Comfortable with travel and on-site deployments
Military or defence background
Experience with BVLOS operations
Knowledge of mission planning software or GCS systems
Part 107 / equivalent certification (or international equivalent)
Work on
