They are currently seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with specialized expertise in the One Identity Manager platform to join their enterprise security practice in The Netherlands This is a client-facing consulting role and you will take full ownership of end-to-end identity lifecycle management across their client environments. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will drive the architecture, customisation, and seamless deployment of identity governance systems designed to secure complex, multi-cloud enterprise infrastructures. Proven technical consulting experience within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain Be able to demonstrate strong capabilities in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) frameworks. Proven experience of engineering and hands-on deployment knowledge of the One Identity Manager Proficient in VB.NET scripting for structural platform customisation, data modelling, and writing complex business logic rules. Strong integration background utilizing One Identity exposed APIs, REST/SOAP web services Key responsibilities: Lead technical discovery and architectural design of scalable One Identity Manager solutions for complex client environments. Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade custom One Identity connectors linking legacy systems to cloud infrastructures. Engineer bespoke automation workflows, schema extensions, and data models utilizing VB.NET scripting. Integrate the broader One Identity product suite including Safeguard, Active Roles, Defender, and Starling 2FA. Manage full-lifecycle implementation from requirements gathering and gap analysis through to deployment and Tier-3 support.
