As a Hightech Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential. Your responsibilities include:
Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications; Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed; Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements; Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required; Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions; Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards; Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process; Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.
