Your day is spent managing shipments, answering customer questions, and keeping system records error-free. At 05:00 PM, you sign off with all outgoing loads confirmed and ready for delivery.
Werkzaamheden
- Planning outgoing trucks according to daily distribution targets.
- Managing end-to-end customer service for every transport assignment.
- Answering customer requests quickly via phone and email.
- Tracking daily delivery statuses and addressing deviations.
- Suggesting practical improvements for daily planning routines.

- Proficiency in English or Dutch.
- Ability to stay organized within a consistent, recurring schedule.
