In this role, you keep inventory administration and actual shelf quantities aligned. You start at 08:00 with a walk through the warehouse carrying a handheld scanner. You count items, verify locations, and trace differences in stock numbers. You update the records quickly and accurately so that your workday finishes smoothly at 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Counting warehouse items based on daily inventory schedules
- Spotting and documenting discrepancies between shelf and screen
- Registering counts directly into the warehouse management system and Excel
- Verifying rack and pallet locations across the storage area
- Reporting counting errors directly to the team lead for corrections
Requirements
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English
- Accurate and orderly work ethic
- Available full-time on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics
