Als
Sales Support Employee , you make sure that quotations, orders and planning processes run smoothly. You answer questions from customers and colleagues, process data accurately, work closely with internal departments such as Logistics, Production, and Shipping and support account managers with administrative and commercial tasks. In this role, you are an important link that helps keep everything running efficiently.
This is what you will do as a Sales Support Employee:
Accept, process, and monitor quotation requests and orders;
Process orders and requests received by phone and email;
Prepare standard quotations and keep customer, quotation, and order records up to date; Answer customer questions about orders, delivery times, invoices, and quotations;
Maintain close contact with internal departments (Logistics, Production, Shipping) to monitor progress;
Communicate with customers and colleagues about products, prices, order status, shipping dates, and possible delays;
Identify process bottlenecks and actively contribute to improvements;
Take initiative in optimizing processes and ways of working
MBO Level 4 working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial field;
Strong communication skills and an excellent command of the
Dutch
language;
You enjoy creating structure and coordinating multiple tasks and activities;
You are proactive and continuously look for ways to improve and optimize processes;
You are flexible and able to switch quickly between different priorities and stakeholders:
Experience in MS Office and ERP systems;
Accurate, well-organized and able to perform well under pressure;
What we offer:
A salary between €3,625 and €4,081 gross per month (full-time), based on the Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf)
25 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment
