Our team is growing! As we are opening a new location soon, we are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Assistant to join our team. At Space to Create, we offer full-service workspaces, meeting spaces, and offices in the heart of Utrecht. Since 2017, our dedicated team has been creating a high-quality, energetic, and welcoming environment where our guests and partners can achieve success.

You're the primary point of contact for our guests and tenants, offering genuine attention and understanding their needs to make their day a success. You'll ensure our meeting center always looks its best, welcome guests with a smile, and handle reservations meticulously. Your commercial acumen will ensure reservations are processed efficiently and seamlessly. You'll work from 08:30 AM to 17:00 PM and enjoy a varied role.
Receive customers with professional hospitality and guide them
Schedule, manage and follow up reservations
Ensuring that the booking is arranged from A to Z, from breakfast and lunch to drinks
Respond to phone calls and emails with enthusiasm and punctuality
Maintaining contact with our regular customers
Ensuring a smooth handover to evening colleagues
Our ideal colleague has:
Experience in hospitality, events, or a flexible service environment. Hospitality experience is a plus.
Experience with reservations is a plus;
Has commercial insight and knows how to retain customers;
Has MBO or HBO level, through education or experience;
Can switch ad-hoc without losing composure;
Has a good command of Dutch and English;
Is flexible.
