We don’t have many rules, but we believe in common sense. Our culture is guided by 7 Golden Rules, crafted by our founder, Joanna Zielonka, and these values shape our daily work as we strive to serve our clients at our best. Disrupting the status quo is in our DNA—that’s why our company was created. We ask “why” a lot. This curiosity connects us to our clients, ties our work to a bigger purpose, and often reveals better ways forward. Our offices are great spaces, but they’re not places to stay in your comfort zone for long. We thrive on innovation and the thrill of new challenges.
