Locksmith-Expert is looking for an enthusiastic telephone operator to join our team full-time. As a telephone operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure friendly and professional handling of telephone calls. You will also handle e-mail contact and make sure that the right information reaches the relevant department.
You will work at our office in Tiel, where you will be part of a close-knit and driven team. Customer focus is paramount, so we are looking for someone who is sociable, communicatively strong and solution-oriented. You will also be responsible for handling complaints and making suggestions for additional services to optimise the customer experience. No day is the same in this dynamic position!
What will you do:
Answering and recording incoming telephone calls
Quickly switching between different tasks and prioritising
Handling e-mails and forwarding them to the right department
Communicating effectively with colleagues to link the right tasks to the right departments
Handling complaints and ensuring an appropriate solution
What we ask:
A completed MBO degree in communication is a plus
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
You are stress-resistant, customer-friendly and work well as part of a team
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written
Speaking and writing English is a plus
You will be able to work with Word, Excel and Outlook
