With 10 physical stores and an extensive online shop, Skatestore is the largest skateboard lifestyle retail chain in the Benelux.For our store in the heart of Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Assistant Store Manager. Job Requirements Retail Experience: At least 2–3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within retail. Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales and achieving commercial targets. Passion: A strong interest in skateboarding and the skateboarding lifestyle and culture. Availability: Full-time (38–40 hours per week). Location: You live in or near the Amsterdam area. What We\'re Looking For Excellent sales skills and strong commercial awareness. A proactive attitude with the confidence to take initiative. A strong sense of responsibility to ensure the store runs smoothly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
