As a Quality Specialist, you will support GMP compliance and quality processes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and other teams to maintain high quality standards. Responsibilities
Manage and support deviations, CAPA, and change controls. Support investigations and implement corrective actions. Review quality and manufacturing documentation. Support internal and external audits and inspections. Monitor GMP compliance and quality performance. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Promote a strong GMP and quality culture. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience in QA/QC within a GMP pharmaceutical environment. Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems. Experience with deviations, CAPA, and change control. Experience supporting audits and investigations. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Structured and detail-oriented approach. Experience in sterile, oncology, or OTC manufacturing is an advantage. Dutch proficiency is strongly preferred.
