This is a hands-on role that sits between a controller and a senior bookkeeper. You will be responsible for the local finance function from end to end, as part of a lean office of two people. It suits someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable being the go-to finance person on site, and still likes being part of a global organization. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in AccountView Manage payments, bank reconciliations and month-end closing Prepare reports and financial analysis for the Group HQ Handle multi-currency transactions and work with international finance teams Review expense reports and make sure costs are recorded correctly Reconcile accounts and monitor budgets Ensure compliance with Dutch legal requirements and company procedures Prepare for audits and take part in finance projects Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience with AccountView 3+ years of finance or bookkeeping experience in an international or multinational company Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field Fluent English and strong Excel skills Analytical, accurate and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently and with remote teams High level of integrity and discretion What We Offer
