Experience managing Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments. Knowledge of Teams, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Experience with collaboration governance, permissions, external sharing, content lifecycle management, and user adoption. Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, licensing, and service lifecycle management. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device compliance. Ability to independently manage projects from design and implementation through adoption.
