Functieomschrijving
As a Team Leader, you lead a team of 20 to 30 operators and quality staff within a two-shift system. You ensure smooth and safe daily production operations and drive the achievement of objectives in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.
You are visible on the production floor and know how to motivate and coach your team. You monitor processes, identify deviations and intervene where necessary. You are also the connecting link between your team and management, ensuring clear communication and adequate staffing.
You also play an active role in continuous improvement. You contribute ideas on optimization, collaborate with departments such as Maintenance, Quality and Planning, and help further professionalize the production environment.
