During this 24-month international traineeship, you will work in Senegal, Morocco and the Netherlands (Eindhoven). You will gain hands‑on experience in cultivation, quality, logistics, forecasting, product management and commerce. The traineeship is built around one central theme: improving the connection between cultivation, quality, availability and commercial demand. You will work on concrete improvement assignments, such as: improving the handover between cultivation, quality and logistics; improving visibility of expected supply versus actual available product; supporting better alignment between source availability and customer demand; reducing avoidable losses in the chain; improving follow-up on quality and availability issues; improving forecast-to-availability alignment. How is the program structured? The traineeship lasts 24 months and is divided into six periods of four months: Year 1: Senegal, Morocco, the Netherlands Year 2: Morocco, Senegal, the Netherlands During the program, you will gradually take on more responsibility and ownership.
