International Transport Coordinator / Planner Do you speak Bulgarian and English, have an interest in transport and logistics, and enjoy keeping things organised? Then we are looking for you! For our Tautliner department in Beverwijk, the Netherlands, we are looking for an International Transport Coordinator / Planner to connect our operations in the Netherlands and Bulgaria.
In this varied role, you will ensure smooth communication between both locations, coordinate operational matters and support our planning team in Beverwijk with their daily activities.
What will you do? You will be in daily contact with colleagues in the Netherlands and Bulgaria, playing an important role in our international transport operations.
Coordinate transport planning and operational matters between both locations. Support the daily Tautliner planning activities in Beverwijk. Exchange and verify transport information, schedules and operational updates. Monitor transport progress and identify potential issues. Help resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth communication. Process and maintain transport-related data and administration. Contribute ideas to improve cooperation and working processes.
What are we looking for? Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. An interest in transport, logistics and planning; previous experience is a plus. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, accurate and solution-oriented approach. The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Speaking Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement.
