We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer to help build and enhance a world-class mobile experience used by millions globally. You will join a collaborative team focused on creating seamless customer journeys within a large-scale consumer application, working closely with product managers, designers, analysts, backend engineers, and fellow mobile developers.
This role offers the opportunity to work on highly visible customer-facing features while contributing to the evolution of a modern mobile platform. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality experiences, improving app performance, and shaping technical solutions that support business growth.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain native iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and intuitive mobile experiences.
Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions for millions of users.
Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
Monitor application health, investigate incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve complex bugs.
Perform performance profiling and optimization to improve app responsiveness and reliability.
Implement and maintain automated testing strategies, including unit and snapshot testing.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making across the mobile platform.
Ensure high standards of code quality, test coverage, and engineering best practices.
Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to drive data-informed product decisions.
Mentor and onboard team members, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while balancing customer impact, scalability, and engineering excellence.
Participate in technical interviews and contribute to recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of professional experience developing native iOS applications.
Strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
Deep understanding of iOS frameworks, architecture patterns, and mobile development best practices.
Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs and backend services.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design.
Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, including unit and snapshot tests.
Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and release management processes.
Experience monitoring and supporting applications in production environments.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of full-stack engineering concepts and backend systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
Experience with App Store submission, approval, and distribution processes.
Experience releasing and maintaining applications in the Apple App Store.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance analytics tools.
Open-source contributions or active involvement in developer communities.
Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing products.
