What You'll Be Doing
Provide exceptional in-person and virtual support to partners.
Assist with account setup, onboarding, and document verification.
Resolve issues related to accounts, payments, trips, documents, and app functionality.
Educate partners on platform policies, processes, and best practices.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Help create a welcoming, positive, and supportive office environment.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Dutch and English (both mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Naturally social, approachable, and comfortable engaging with different types of people.
Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a friendly team culture.
Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
Customer service, hospitality, retail, operations, or support experience is highly desirable.
