As a mid-level HR & Office Support professional, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and ensure that our internal processes run smoothly. You will guide the entire employee journey from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding, while also supporting contract management, absenteeism, payroll preparation, and HR policies. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating a pleasant work environment by organizing team activities and managing the office and facilities. First point of contact and information source for colleagues Coordinating the recruitment process Drafting and managing contracts and personnel mutations Managing leave and sickness absence registration (via Buddee) Preparing payroll administration Coordinating onboarding and offboarding Organizing team days and outings 2-5 years of experience in HR 25 vacation days based on 40 hours Pension scheme with 4% employer contribution Company laptop Space for own ideas Informal culture and team activities Skills required for the job
