As the peak season approaches and a major facility relocation begins, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across the warehouse. Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Operating the reach truck to safely and efficiently retrieve pallets from high racks and move goods across the warehouse. Using handheld warehouse scanners to process, record, and track the flow of goods accurately (reading, writing, and scanning). Supporting colleagues with general warehouse and logistics tasks whenever needed. Maintaining inventory flow to ensure logistics processes remain smooth during high-volume peak periods and facility relocation. The workload is 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week). Rotating Shift Schedule: Early Shift: 06:00-14:00, Late Shift: 12:00-20:00. Saturdays: Willingness to work additional hours on Saturdays if required during peak workloads. Overtime & Night Rates: Up to €24.30 per hour according to CAO allowances. Blackout Period: No holidays or days off allowed during December and January due to the ongoing relocation starting in this period. Guaranteed Availability: Mandatory full availability between January 4 and January 11. Candidate Requirements & Preferences
Certifications: A valid reach truck certificate is strictly mandatory. Experience: Proven experience operating a reach truck and working with warehouse scanners. Flexibility: Must be flexible to work at both Raamsdonksveer and Oosterhout locations. Physical Stamina: Physically fit and motivated for active warehouse and logistics duties. Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share a common area (kitchen, bathroom). B1 English
