The client is a renowned manufacturer specializing in premium aluminium window frame systems. As part of a renewed partnership, we are recruiting motivated production workers to join their specialized team in Goirle. In this role, you will perform hands‑on assembly and production work using digital assembly instructions on iPads to construct high‑quality window units. Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Cutting & Fabrication: Precision cutting of aluminium frames according to specified dimensions. Assembly & Fitting: Assembling window frame components and carefully placing/fitting glass into completed frames. Digital Workflows: Following technical drawings and assembly guides directly on an iPad. Quality Assurance: Performing general production duties while ensuring high workmanship and structural standards. Working Hours, Shift & Overtime Allowances
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:45 Daily Breaks: First break: 10:15 – 10:30 (15 minutes) Second break: 12:30 – 13:00 (30 minutes) Overtime & Weekend Multipliers: First 2 hours of overtime: 128.50% 3rd hour of overtime & Saturdays: 146.63% Sundays: 184.52% Travel Allowance: €0.25 per kilometer Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Skills: Technical background or previous hands‑on experience in production, assembly, or related technical work. Good practical manual skills and ability to work effectively in a small team. Preferred Experience: Working with aluminium, glass, or window frames is a strong advantage. Ability to read technical drawings is preferred (not mandatory). Mindset: Flexible, enthusiastic, motivated, and seeking long‑term employment.
