Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Production: Act as the first point of contact for team management, share knowledge and experience to elevate team skills, check product quality, and assess ingredients for freshness and shelf life. Material Management: Check and account for the quantities of raw materials and semi-finished products consumed, and signal defects to management immediately. Hygiene & Safety: Handle materials properly, strictly apply HACCP regulations, follow safety and working conditions rules, and complete BRC registration lists accurately and on time. Maintenance: Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance work for the workplace. Shift Premiums & Bonuses

Experience: Mandatory prior experience as a machine operator. Physical Requirements: Physically fit, motivated for lifting, standing, and warehouse work; minimum height of 1.70 m for production roles. Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom). Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner.
