\"Work where almost no one gets access to, on installations that truly matter.\" ROA Services is growing, and we’re always looking for motivated and experienced Chemical Technical Operators! About ROA Services

ROA Services is a young and growing company, founded in 2016. We specialize in fully relieving clients of their project responsibilities in the areas of chemical & industrial cleaning, catalyst unloading, and waste handling. In addition, we offer consultancy services in these same areas, providing both Asset Owners and Contractors with our years of knowledge and experience. Our daily operations primarily take place in petrochemicals, oil & gas, and renewable energies. About the Role

As a Chemical Technical Operator at ROA Services, you play a crucial role in the chemical cleaning of process equipment for our various clients. You are responsible for carrying out the cleaning process, following the pre-established project plan. Since our clients work with (potentially) hazardous materials, it is vital that procedures are strictly followed. During cleaning, you will log and report to both the internal project leader and the client, so strong communication is one of your key skills. Here’s what you’ll typically do in a day: Prepare and execute chemical cleaning projects by yourself. Set up and dismantle a temporary cleaning installation, usually consisting of pumps, hoses, heat exchangers, drip trays, waste storage, and liquid containers. During cleaning, you’ll dose the chemicals and operate the installation; we do not come into direct contact with the products, as we perform closed-loop cleanings! Chemical cleaning without analysis is like driving with your eyes closed, so you’ll regularly perform fluid analyses. This ensures that you’re not damaging the client’s equipment, the chemicals are working effectively, or all chemicals have been safely removed afterward. Log and report—perhaps not the most glamorous part of the job, but it’s essential to document all measurements and events in a report. This not only records what we’ve done but also helps us make adjustments when necessary. Leading the cleaning project on site and instruct your colleagues while staying in touch with our client. Who You Are

Proactive and already have experience in petrochemical industry; You have an MBO working and thinking level, ideally in the direction of technology or chemistry; You are confident and have strong communication skills; You are available to work 40 hours per week and are open to working overtime on projects; You have a driver’s license (B) and your own transportation; You’re open to working on projects abroad; You are not afraid of heights or confined spaces; You have a strong safety awareness; You are independent, decisive, and committed. What we offer

Salary of at least € 3,500 / month (or more based on experience); A unique position in a growing and innovative company; Opportunities for personal development and career advancement; A pleasant and informal working atmosphere in a small organization where your opinion is highly valued; Business transport.
