Create platform-native organic social content, including static posts, carousels, Reels, and short-form videos, primarily for Instagram and also for TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest Transform campaign assets, pack shots, and existing brand materials into fresh social content using graphic design, video editing, and basic motion techniques Capture and edit social content on iPhone, responding to trends, cultural moments, and fast-turnaround opportunities while protecting the brand identity Apply creative judgment to typography, composition, pacing, imagery, sound, and visual storytelling Identify opportunities to evolve content and experiment with new platform behaviors and formats Collaborate with Social Marketing, the Content & Design Studio, and other stakeholders; explain creative choices, manage feedback, and improve creative ideas and ways of working Help shape how the team works and thinks about creating content Требования
Proven experience creating organic social content, demonstrated through 5+ years of relevant experience or a strong portfolio or channel history showing deep, native platform expertise, particularly on Instagram and TikTok Strong graphic design skills and an excellent eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, image selection, and visual storytelling Ability to create short-form video edits, capture content on iPhone, and use basic motion design across platforms Creative curiosity and executional strength, with an ability to apply social trends and platform developments while maintaining the brand identity Ability to work independently, take ownership, make clear creative choices, collaborate with stakeholders, manage feedback and priorities, and constructively advocate for stronger creative outcomes Условия
