You are the technical backbone for the European sales teams, answering high-level questions on system integration and product viability. Hands-on Problem Solving:
When a client hits a wall, you’ll use the on-site lab to replicate environments and engineer a fix. You'll handle troubleshooting via video, email, and direct consultation. Knowledge Leadership:
You won’t just use the tech; you’ll teach it. You will train incoming Sales Engineers and lead high-impact product demonstrations. European Jet-setting:
Expect to spend about
30% of your time traveling
