REMEON Security & Smarthome is growing and looking for an enthusiastic customer support agent who will be the first point of contact for technical support by phone and email. You listen, diagnose and resolve issues whenever possible and, when needed, write clear reports for customers and colleagues to ensure proper follow-up. You will assist with pre-installations and software configuration, occasionally join installers on-site for extra support, and share feedback on improvements.
