Based in our international Sevenum office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while advising on employee relations, absence management, and Dutch employment law.
Advise and support managers and employees on operational HR topics, including employee relations, performance conversations, absence management, and Dutch employment law.Guide employees through the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract changes to internal transfers and offboarding.Collaborate closely with Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Services to ensure seamless and compliant HR processes.Drive continuous improvement by maintaining HR documentation, updating policies, and supporting enhancements to HR systems and processes.Functie-eisenAbout you:You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a similar operational HR role.You have solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and enjoy advising managers on employee-related topics.You are fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills are a strong plus.We are happy to promote your professional future with us and offer various training courses in our company and with external partners.Tax return: We support you with your tax return. xbelvxb
