About the Role As Corporate Counsel, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's governance framework is robust, compliant, and fit for a listed international business.
You will provide strategic legal advice on corporate law, governance, and regulatory reporting, helping the organization navigate its obligations under Dutch and German listed company requirements.
