Search is the primary way millions of customers find what they need at Redcare — and in a health context, getting it right is uniquely complex and impactful.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end search experience , shaping how customers discover products, navigate uncertainty, and ultimately find the right solution for their needs.
You’ll operate at the intersection of product, UX, and data , driving a domain that combines technical depth with real customer impact.
From improving relevance and discovery to redefining how search supports customers who don’t yet know what they’re looking for, this is a role with high visibility and meaningful ownership.
