Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via live chat, email, and social media channels.

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium support experience for users in the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
Escalate complex technical bugs or community trends to the appropriate development teams within the organization.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and seasonal events to provide informed player assistance.
Foster a safe and inclusive community environment by monitoring and reporting against platform terms of service.
Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A deep, genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and the player journey.
Excellent communication skills, both in Greek and professional English.
A proactive problem-solving mindset suited for a fast-paced corporate environment in Bulgaria.
Previous experience in customer service or community management is considered an advantage.
