We are currently scouting for talented professionals for an exclusive Dutch Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support services to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty within the Customer Support Services sector.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the internal CRM system to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify service improvements and elevate the overall user experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
Handle sensitive information with professional discretion and adhere to quality assurance standards.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer-centric problem solving.
Previous experience in Customer Support Services is considered a significant asset.
Proficiency in English to collaborate within our diverse, multinational office in Sofia.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Dutch Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.
