What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will:
Analyse and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the supply chain Apply advanced analytical methods and data-driven approaches to identify opportunities and prevent potential issues Develop, implement, and monitor process performance metrics and predictive models Drive optimisation of internal value streams and end-to-end operational processes Lead or contribute to strategic projects with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Create and implement new methodologies, procedures and process standards Provide coaching, guidance and knowledge-sharing to colleagues and project teams Challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change across the organisation What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering At least 2 years of experience within a highly regulated environment such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Food Production, Medical Devices, or Chemical Manufacturing Proven experience optimising operational processes and value streams Strong analytical capabilities with Six Sigma, Lean, Green Belt, or equivalent methodology experience Advanced data analysis skills and experience using analytical tools to support decision-making Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of GMP and GDP environments Experience leading projects and cross-functional improvement initiatives Experience within warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations What Makes You Successful
