Are you a Dynamics 365 Business Central professional who would like to work with more than just the standard ERP solution?
We are working with an established international Microsoft software business that develops specialist industry solutions built on Dynamics 365 Business Central. They operate as an ISV, rather than a traditional Microsoft implementation partner, giving you the opportunity to work closely with their own software products and help customers get the most out of a tailored Business Central ecosystem.

The opportunity You'll work with customers across the Benelux region, helping them understand their operational processes and translating business requirements into effective software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working directly with customers to understand their business processes, challenges and requirements.
Advising on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and specialist industry software.
Configuring and implementing standard software products to meet customer needs.
Supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial discussions and process analysis through to implementation and go-live.
Delivering software demonstrations, workshops and user training.
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and helping them get maximum value from the solutions.
Working alongside an experienced international team, sharing knowledge and contributing to the continued development of the customer offering.
What they're looking for
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
A background in functional consulting, ERP implementation or business applications.
The ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Fluent Dutch language skills, with good English.
An independent, proactive approach and the confidence to manage customer interactions.
