The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Functional CRM Consultant to lead Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation and transformation projects.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll take ownership of projects from discovery through to go-live, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while driving solution design, business process improvements, and successful delivery outcomes.
You will work directly with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, define functional requirements, and support organisations through their digital transformation journey.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business consulting, stakeholder management, solution design, and project leadership within a specialist Microsoft environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects from discovery through deployment
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and business process analysis sessions
Design functional solutions aligned with customer objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
Manage project workstreams and support delivery activities
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and solution architects
Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Support pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation
Contribute to internal best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience
Strong Dynamics 365 CE / CRM functional consulting experience
Excellent workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
Experience documenting functional requirements and solution designs
Consultancy experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
CRM and ERP integration projects
Understanding of CRM-to-ERP processes and data flows
Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Experience working alongside development and architecture teams
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled business applications
Experience supporting pre-sales and solution design activities
