You will have the opportunity to develop and implement quality policy, lead a team, and make a crucial contribution to our client's projects.
Responsibilities You will develop and implement quality policy and associated procedures.
You will lead the QC team and coordinate their daily activities.
You will ensure strict adherence to specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
You will conduct both internal and external audits to ensure quality.
You will analyse quality data and proactively initiate improvement actions.
You will prepare accurate quality reports and documentation.
You will act as the central point of contact for all quality-related issues.
Requirements You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within steel construction or heavy industry.
You have demonstrable experience with quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001.
You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
You have thorough knowledge of relevant norms and standards within steel construction and industry.
You possess strong leadership and communication skills.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You are proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
You hold a VCA VOL certificate.
You have an internal auditor certification (ISO 9001).
Nice to have Experience with NDT techniques (Non-Destructive Testing).
Knowledge of welding processes and qualifications.
Experience with project-based work.
Quality certifications, such as IWT/IWE.
