About the role Are you an experienced QA Lead Auditor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality improvement?
We are looking for a driven professional for a leading organisation in the Netherlands who can further develop and implement the QA policy.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards within a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities You develop and implement the QA policy and associated procedures.
You conduct internal and external audits in accordance with ISO standards.
You analyse audit results and prepare clear reports.
You guide the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
You proactively advise management on quality improvements.
You maintain contacts with certifying bodies.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar QA role.
Higher professional education (HBO) / university (WO) level of thinking and working.
Demonstrable experience as a Lead Auditor.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant industrial standards.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Independent and proactive work attitude.
In possession of a Lead Auditor certification (e. g.
IRCA).
In possession of a VCA VOL certificate.
Nice to have Experience within steel construction or heavy industry.
Knowledge of other management systems (e. g.
