You will be the single-threaded owner of our North American partnership strategy, architected from our global HQ in Dubai, with total ownership of P&L and an AI-native toolbox to build a multi-million dollar growth engine.
This is not a supporting role—you are the architect responsible for the entire North American affiliate and publisher strategy from Puffy's global hub in Dubai.
Responsibilities Build an Empire of
Partners: Identify, recruit, and onboard the most influential organic publishers, review sites, and content creators in the United States, making Puffy their most profitable partnership.
Own the Entire U.
Growth
Channel: Own the budget, strategy, and P&L for all US-based partnerships.
Negotiate groundbreaking deals and scale winning relationships with minimal approvals.
Become the
Kingmaker: Work within an organization led by a Forbes Council Member CEO, with exposure to elite-level business operations and thought leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in developing business partnerships within e-commerce and D2C, with USA & Canadian market experience considered a plus.
Ability to build deep, strategic relationships with influential organic publishers and creators in North America.
Strong negotiation skills with a data-driven approach to architect win-win deals and consistently exceed ROI targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 22,000 – AED 31,000 per month + up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free.
