In this role you own the Europe events program, translating business priorities into a comprehensive annual plan and delivering end-to-end events with impact.
You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and external partners to execute diverse experiences that support growth and strengthen Prologis’ brand.

- Own and implement the Europe events strategy with clear objectives, audiences, KPIs, and success measures
- Take full end-to-end ownership from concept to delivery, planning, budgeting, evaluation and improvement
- Lead a varied portfolio of events (industry, customer, broker, thought-leadership, internal) across Europe
- Engage agencies, venues and suppliers for execution support while maintaining accountability for quality
- Manage event budgets, forecasting, cost control, procurement and supplier negotiations
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align events with business priorities and brand positioning
- Lead agency and supplier relationships, setting briefs and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Govern event risk, contracts, health and safety, and related requirements
- Shape content and attendee experience with teams to ensure strong agendas and consistent branding
- Define and track event KPIs/ROI using engagement data and outcomes to inform future investment
- Leverage event technology and data to improve planning, experience, measurement and efficiency
- Lead on-site delivery and problem-solving to ensure flawless execution across Europe
- Support the Head of Marketing Europe with travel, calendar coordination and expense processing
- Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of relevant event management experience with independent ownership of complex events
- Strong strategic and commercial understanding of events’ impact on relationships, growth and brand
- Proven project and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers, venues and contracts, including negotiation and quality control
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to negotiate and build trust across cultures
- Strong digital know-how: registration systems, analytics, CRM platforms
- English fluency; German or other European languages are a plus
- Ability to travel frequently across Europe and stay organized on the move
