Temporary senior coordination capacity is required for the STAR Loan Tape virtual team. Inline with the governance structure used for other virtual teams, the contractor will establishand execute effective coordination across the stakeholders contributing to the STAR LoanTape deliveries. The job The assignment focuses on stakeholder coordination, dependency management, prioritisation, milestone management, issue resolution and delivery oversight. Thecontractor will create transparency across the end-to-end delivery chain and ensure thatrequirements, dependencies and impediments are managed in a structured manner sothat STAR Loan Tape deliverables can progress according to the Compass roadmap. Results: An agreed integrated delivery plan covering STAR Loan Tape requirements,dependencies, milestones and ownership. A structured overview of open issues, dependencies, risks and required decisions,maintained throughout the assignment. Clear prioritisation of STAR Loan Tape activities aligned with agreed Compassmilestones. Cross-team impediments actively coordinated and escalated where necessary.
