About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketo Campaign Lead to join a centralised marketing campaign team supporting international markets worldwide.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders across different regions to manage campaign delivery from planning through to launch. You will translate business requirements into clear campaign plans and ensure successful execution using Adobe Marketo Engage.
You will also lead and support a team of Campaign Engineers, manage priorities, and advise stakeholders on marketing automation best practices and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing campaigns from intake through to launch
Work closely with international stakeholders and market teams
Translate business requirements into campaign briefs and technical specifications
Manage and support a team of Campaign Engineers
Act as the subject matter expert for Adobe Marketo Engage
Oversee email campaigns, nurture programmes, segmentation, personalisation, forms, and landing pages
Coordinate timelines, testing, approvals, risks, and dependencies
Drive consistency, quality, and best practices across campaign delivery
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage
Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing automation campaigns
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience leading or managing campaign delivery teams
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Knowledge of segmentation, nurture programmes, personalisation, campaign testing, and reporting
Experience working with global and distributed teams
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
Adobe Marketo certification
Experience with CRM platforms
Experience with analytics tools and reporting
Knowledge of marketing technology integrations
