Project Manager Cheese (Supply Chain Commercialisation)

For FrieslandCampina, we are looking for a Project Manager Cheese to join the Supply Chain Commercialisation team. In this role, you will operate at the heart of the organisation, connecting Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, Operations and external manufacturing partners to successfully deliver product renovations and commercialisation projects.

Your Impact
As Project Manager Cheese, you will lead multiple strategic renovation and commercialisation projects across Europe and EMEPA (Europe, Middle East, Pakistan & Africa). You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed requirements.
You will:
Lead end-to-end supply chain renovation and product change projects
Translate commercial requirements into operational and manufacturing solutions
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing and Sales
Manage project planning, execution, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment
Prepare and support business cases and CAPEX requests where required
Ensure project governance and documentation are maintained to the highest standards
Drive successful implementation across internal and external production facilities
Deliver three key projects during the assignment period
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a hands-on project leader who can navigate complexity and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Requirements
MSc, MA or MBA degree
Minimum 8 years of professional experience
Proven Project Management experience within a leading FMCG organisation
Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and commercialisation processes
Experience with New Product Development (NPD), product renovations and packaging changes
Knowledge of Supply Chain and R&D environments
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience building business cases and supporting investment decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent Dutch and English
Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Nice to Have
Experience within the cheese or dairy industry
Knowledge of manufacturing environments and production capabilities
Experience working with international commercial business units
