As PREZIS runs an increasing number of parallel tenders, deployments, and customer deliveries, we are looking for a Project Manager to make sure each one gets the planning, coordination, and follow-through it needs.
Job Description As Project Manager, you take ownership of individual time-bound initiatives — a tender response, a customer deployment, a production milestone — from kickoff to delivery. You coordinate the engineering teams involved, keep planning and deadlines visible, and make sure priority or scope conflicts are surfaced and resolved quickly rather than left to resolve themselves.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination
Own the planning and timeline of individual projects, from kickoff through delivery.
Coordinate System Engineering, R&D Development, Logistics and Field & ILS Engineering around shared deadlines.
Track deliverables tied to tenders, customer contracts, and deployments.
Identify risks and dependencies early, and keep stakeholders informed.
Escalate priority or scope decisions that affect the product roadmap to the Product Lead.
Provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership and relevant internal teams.
Make sure every project has a single, unambiguous point of contact internally.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably on complex technical or defense-related projects.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-growing organization.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Preferred:
experience in defence, aerospace, or another high-reliability industry; familiarity with tenders and government procurement processes; experience coordinating across engineering and commercial teams.
Employment Type This role starts with a one-year contract, with the intention to extend.

A gross annual salary between €57.196 and €81.622, depending on experience (full-time basis, 40 hours).

Direct exposure to engineering, product, and commercial teams.
