Your focus is on people and leadership. The department houses machines for honing, milling, laser cladding, turning and deep-hole drilling, among others.* Running a production team of 20 people in the machining department day to day* Leading with the focus on people and leadership* Drawing up the staffing schedule* Keeping an eye on capacity* Holding one-to-one meetings with team members## What’s on offer?€ 4,230 to € 5,500gross per month## What you bring* Extensive experience leading teams of roughly 10 to 20 people* MBO level 4 or higher, or an HBO Associate degree* An affinity with the processes on the department, such as milling, honing, turning, laser cladding and deep-hole drilling; you don’t need to operate them all yourself* Willing to work a 2‐shift rota (required)* Fluent Dutch; English matters too## Working hoursYou work a 2‐shift rota: 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00.
