As a set-up operator you press screws and bolts into sheet metal: PEM press-in nuts, press-in bolts and standoffs. You pick the tool that matches the insert and check that every insert is seated properly. You change the machine over for a new order, check the first products and keep quality in line during production. The work is repetitive and there is room to progress. You have experience in a technical environment and you read work instructions. Dutch or English is enough. The salary runs up to €2,750 gross per month. You work in high-tech metalworking, for clients in the Netherlands and abroad.
