Critical Manufacturing (CM) BE Certification from Critical Manufacturing is required.
Minimum 5+ years of active development experience on Critical Manufacturing MES .
Minimum 8+ years of overall software development experience .
Proven experience leading development teams in manufacturing environments.
Strong experience in CMF Business Logic Development .
Experience developing and supporting CM Extensions, Actions, Services, and Workflows .
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET .
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
Experience estimating development effort and managing technical delivery.
Experience conducting customer workshops and requirement discussions.
Experience reviewing code and enforcing development standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting production manufacturing systems.
