As a Tax Advisor at Practical, you will advise entrepreneurs on tax matters and financial and business strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our accountants and payroll specialists, connecting different areas of expertise. Alongside tax compliance responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on advisory projects involving international corporate structures, transfer pricing, and business succession planning. You will identify opportunities, provide practical and actionable advice, and proactively support clients in developing their financial strategies. You will be responsible for managing the tax-related aspects of our clients’ businesses—from providing tax advice and preparing tax returns to supporting clients during tax audits. You will demonstrate your expertise while showing genuine commitment to each client’s financial and tax situation. As a problem solver, you will analyze complex tax matters, identify opportunities and risks, and develop creative, tailored solutions that comply with current laws and regulations. You will continuously stay informed about the latest tax developments and share your knowledge with both colleagues and clients. Who are you?
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are curious about new developments in tax legislation, and enjoy translating these into practical opportunities for clients. You have completed a degree or professional qualification in Taxation, Tax Law, Tax Economics, or a related field. You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. You have strong analytical skills and can explain complex tax matters clearly and understandably. You are comfortable working independently as well as collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
