As a Relationship Manager at Practical, you form the bridge between clients and our internal organization. You ensure that Practical’s services are always integrated and future-oriented, and together with your colleagues, you support clients in various areas. You gain energy from helping entrepreneurs move forward and see opportunities where others miss them. You maintain good contact with entrepreneurs and various affiliated organizations. You immerse yourself in their challenges, translate figures into clear insights, and provide proactive advice. Whether it concerns growth, innovation, or efficiency: you think along with them, inspire them, and show them the way. As a sparring partner and trusted advisor, you ensure the client remains the central focus and that Practical’s services align seamlessly with their wishes and ambitions. You have several years of work experience in a client-oriented role within professional services and a broad interest in areas such as administration, taxation, and/or HR processes. You know when to involve colleagues and how to bring different disciplines together to achieve the best solution for the client. You possess strong communication skills, are empathetic, and solution-oriented. You can interpret financial data and translate it into practical advice.
